Yakitori Wagyu Female Inner Round and Tenderly Simmered Beef Tendon Set Meal

Happy New Year! We look forward to your continued support this year. Ichimu's first lunch of the new year is a yakiniku set meal featuring the inner round of a female Wagyu beef. Female beef is an extremely rare cut of beef, accounting for only about 20% of the market. Its high unsaturated fatty acids make it considered healthy.
The beef tendon is also tenderly simmered with ginger and garlic. Don't miss this opportunity!

和牛メス牛内ももの焼肉と、牛すじ柔らか煮の定食

明けましておめでとうございます。本年もよろしくお願いします。新年最初のいちむランチは和牛メス牛、内ももの部位を使用した焼肉定食です。メス牛は大変希少なお肉で、市場の２割ほどしか取ることの出来ない、和牛になります。不飽和脂肪酸多く含まれているので健康にも良いとされております。
牛すじも、生姜にんにくで柔らかく煮ております。この機会に是非どうぞ。
