Pork and Bamboo Shoots in Spicy Miso Sauce
This week's Ichimu Lunch is pork and bamboo shoots in spicy miso sauce.
The pork is cooked using low-temperature vacuum cooking to make it tender and juicy.
Finely chopped aromatic vegetables are added to the sauce to enhance the vegetable flavor. The mild miso flavor makes it perfect with rice.
