​1926年から続く、たった8人の小さな家族経営パスタ工場で、100年前と変わらない伝統的な製法で作られています。大量生産では出せない、本物の味わいと小麦本来の豊かな香りをお楽しみいただけます。
​その中でも、今回は定番のスパゲッティをご用意しました。

Their low-temperature, natural drying process, which takes several days, locks in the rich flavor and aroma of premium durum wheat, resulting in a taste you simply cannot find in mass-produced pasta.
