Chicken Wings and Daikon Radish Simmered with Ginger

This week's Ichimu lunch is chicken wings and daikon radish simmered with ginger.
Chicken wings are grilled over high heat and simmered until fragrant and tender.
For easier eating, the wings are removed from the bone and simmered in a ginger-flavored broth with daikon radish and green onions.
Chicken wings are packed with collagen, so they're sure to leave your skin plump and supple.
