MAMA.の見習いです。
夏休みを利用してベトナムに来ました。
MAMAの料理は、素材のそのままをいかし、食材の組み合わせも大切にしている点がベトナム料理ととても似ている点だと思い、勉強に来ました。
前半はホイアンを回りましたが、予想通り、ベトナム料理は素材をとても大切にしていて、調味料やスパイスの組み合わせのソースの味が平らではなく立体的で奥行きのある味わいでとても勉強になっております。

I am an apprentice at MAMA.
I came to #Vietnam during my #summer vacation.
I visited to learn more because I felt that MAMA’s cooking—which highlights the natural qualities of ingredients and places great importance on how they are combined—bears a strong resemblance to Vietnamese #cuisine.
I spent the first part of my #trip touring Hoi An. As I expected, Vietnamese cuisine places immense value on the ingredients themselves; the sauces—created through unique combinations of seasonings and spices—offer a complex, multi-dimensional depth of #flavor rather than a flat taste, providing me with a truly valuable learning experience.
